2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an issue with product availability.
3. Delivery
We offer delivery across the UK. Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weekends, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
4. Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind about an eligible online purchase, UK consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel, subject to applicable exclusions.
Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and returned in their original condition where possible.
Once an eligible return is approved, OakChef will provide a 100% refund of the amount paid for the product, subject to these Terms and applicable consumer law.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, customers may also have statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the product where permitted by law.
